What I Offer

I create a friendly and inviting space for you to share your lifestyle, stress factors, food and drink habits and exercise routines - in-person or online (via Zoom). 
Before our session, you will fill out a 4-day food and drink diary that will help me learn about you and create a personalised advice that aligns with your health goals. My holistic, naturopathic approach focuses on uncovering the root causes of your concerns, empowering you to eat well and enjoy your food as well as finding balance in all other areas of your life. 
While I can’t diagnose or promise miracles, I’m here to guide you every step of the way as we work together toward your vibrant health!

FREE Initial Consultation   (15 minutes)
To learn about your health concerns and get to know each other. If my services are not the right fit for you, I will do my best to point you in the right direction for your next steps.  
Introduction to Nutrition (£120) - Discounted price: £85   
Consultation Session 1 (90 minutes):
I will get to know your needs and concerns, looking at family and work life, how you manage stress, lifestyle, exercise, food and drink.
  • What food and drink are you currently taking in?
  • What is your mind coping with?
  • What does your body need the strength and health to do every day?
  • How are you sleeping - are you waking up feeling rested or exhausted?
  • What stress are you managing? What can you let go of?
 
A written report with my personalised recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle will be sent to you.
Consultation Session 2 : (60 minutes):
Together we will talk through your personal nutrition report (including meal and snack suggestions) and set realistic step-by-step plans for achieving your goals. 
Also included:
- weekly catch-up on WhatsApp or email
- 5 day suggestions for meals, drinks and snacks
- Membership of closed Nutrition Group on WhatsApp.
3 - 6 Month Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan (£99 a month) -
 
Discounted price: £80 a month (6 or 12 1:2:1 sessions)
 
All the above plus:
 
Follow-up support sessions 1 and 2: (60 minutes) - Scheduled in month 2 - to review the changes you have made and assisting development of new habits and skills.
Follow-up support sessions 3 and 4: Scheduled in month 3, to create long-term, sustainable plan together .
Also included:
-  Group webinars on key subjects for long-term health
- Introduction and discounts on other complementary therapies
- Tasty and balanced recipe ideas ​
Ongoing support - (£60 per session) - Discounted price £50
 
For those needing ongoing support, after completing any Nutrition Consultation packages, sessions are £60 an hour

Got Acid Reflux?

Do you suffer from acid reflux before or after meals? Do you have to take an antiacid to be able to go to sleep? Work with me to find the root cause of your acid reflux and natural ways to support your digestive system and enjoy an acid reflux free life! 

Got Constipation?

Do you strain on the loo and feel pain when you finally have a bowel movement? Do you go, and then feel there’s more to come but it wont budge? Are you holding on to the sides of the toilet to bear down and release your waste? Do you regularly take laxatives? Work with me to identify the cause of your constipation and help you easily pass your poo. Elimination can be a joyful experience!

Got Diarrhoea?

Do you always have to know where the nearest toilet is as you might need to rush to the loo? Do you have loose bowels when you feel stressed and worry that passing gas might pass something more solid? Do you have lower cramps before going to the loo that can feel painful and urgent? Do you regularly take medication to firm up your poos? Work with me to find out the reason why you have diarrhoea and support your gut health so that the toilet is a gentle and natural part of your day, but not an urgent priority.
