About My Services
What I Offer
As a qualified Teacher (P.G.C.E.) and Nutrition Advisor (Dip N.Adv) and Coach I provide a welcoming space (in-person if you live locally or on Zoom) where we discuss your current digestion concerns, lifestyle, stress factors, food and drink intake and exercise patterns in a non-judgemental, compassionate consultation.
Prior to this, you will have completed a 4-day food and drink diary, which will be analysed in detail and alongside our consultation will help me see what advice I can give that can improve your personal health and wellbeing. I will coach you with knowledge and enthusiasm, with an encouraging and empowering approach as you take your next steps and work towards your health goals.
The naturopathic approach is to look for the root causes of symptoms, not just treat the symptoms alone – a holistic way of working that considers who you are as a whole person. I cannot diagnose conditions or promise health miracles or cures. Your body and a focused mindset will do the work, I can simply set guideposts and we can figure out how to walk the path together in a way that is achievable and long-term.
FREE Initial Consultation (15 minutes)
To learn about your health concerns and see if I am able to assist you with my current level of training. Coaching can either be step-by-step or radical change - whatever works best for you!
Introduction to Nutrition - £165 (4 weeks of support)
Consultation Session 1 (90 minutes):
I will get to know your needs and concerns, looking at family and work life, how you manage stress, lifestyle, exercise, food and drink.

What does your body need the strength and health to do every day

How are you sleeping - are you waking up feeling rested or exhausted?

What stress are you managing? What can you let go of? What foods are you eating to support your adrenal glands?
A written report with my personalised recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle will be emailed to you.
Consultation Session 2 : (60 minutes):
Together we will talk through your personal nutrition report (including meal and snack suggestions) and set realistic step-by-step plans for achieving your goals.
Also included:
- weekly catch-up on WhatsApp or email
- 5 day suggestions for meals, drinks and snacks
- Membership of closed Nutrition Group on Facebook.
3 Month Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan - £99 a month (12 weeks of support)
All the above plus:
Follow-up support sessions 1 and 2: (60 minutes) - Scheduled in month 2 - to review the changes you have made and assisting development of new habits and skills.
Follow-up support sessions 3 and 4: Scheduled in month 3, to create long-term, sustainable plan together .
Also included:
- Group webinars on key subjects for long-term health
- Introduction and discounts on other complementary therapies
- Recipe ideas when needed.
3 month Family Nutrition Plan - £145 a month (12 weeks of support).
All the above plus:

One to One Consultation sessions for two adults

Personalised nutrition plans for two adults - in an overall family package, making adjustments for each family member's needs and preferences.

Nutritional support for growing children, brain development and food intolerances
Ongoing support - £60 per session.
For those needing ongoing support, after completing any Nutrition Consultation packages, sessions are £60 for 60 minutes.

Did you know that many digestion problems start by not chewing properly? Digestion begins in the mouth with saliva that contains enzymes which help break down food. Some example of problems are: acid reflux, indigestion, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, tummy aches, heaviness after eating and more.

Did you know that beneficial bacteria in our gut help us absorb vitamins and minerals? And that probiotics in our gut produce anti-biotic like substances that help protect us from pathogens?
