Fleur achieved her Diploma from Natural Healthcare College and is an Associate Member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association.
Completing Nutrition modules with HFE, she is also an endorsed weight loss Instructor since 2024.
She is insured as a Nutritional Advisor with Wellbeing Insurance Ltd.

Hello! If you are reading this, you are probably needing support and encouragement to overcome massive challenges such as stress, insomnia, fatigue, bloating and digestive issues. You might be one of many women who also find it difficult to lose weight and want to get back control over unhealthy eating habits. Well, you are in the right place!

I am a mid-life woman myself, who worked as a Teacher in Secondary and Primary Schools for many years, a Carer for my husband (who has MS) since 2003 and a Nutrition Advisor (retrained in 2023 to achieve my Diploma and fancy letters after my name) so that I could help myself, my family and women, just like you!

I have had my own health journey: overcoming chronic stress, entering Perimenopause with all its hormonal fluctuations and not sleeping for years. Yet my research and Naturopathic training has enabled me to find balance once again, to get to my natural weight after years of struggling with dieting and to enjoy restful, healing sleep once more. I am excited to share the nutritional knowledge I studied in my Nutrition Diploma that made such a difference to me, and that has transformed the lives of the many clients I have worked with since 2024. I can't wait to see how I can assist you to recover your personal wellbeing and assist you to thrive as you find your own balance.
My coaching sessions are friendly, visual, dynamic and empowering - I love giving my clients the space to be truly listened to and seen, to make nutritional theory practical and personal to each person, to help clients make sustainable changes by practising new habits step-by-step and enabling you to feel a sense of ownership on your own path, as I walk alongside you, cheering you on!​​
