Vitamin K is crucial for blood coagulation, supporting the process of clotting.
It also helps maintain bone health.

Sources: Kale, spinach, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts.

Recipe: Try White Bean Quesadillas with kale and butternut squash! There are so many recipes here from Beingnutritious.com that are rich in Vitamin K that are also rich in fibre, magnesium and B vitamins ! I want to try them all.
